The Reverend Pastor Franklin Frigillana is a member of Batch 1961 of Baguio City High School now known as Baguio City National High School.Rev.Pastor Franklin Frigillana and his wife Mrs.Estrellita Frigillana are now back in their hometown of Aringay,La Union,Philippines after 19 years of service at United Church of Christ of the Philippines (UCCP) affiliate in Brooklyn,New York.Mrs. Estrellita "Lita" Frigillana was former guidance counselor and my co-faculty member in Southern Ilocos Polytechnic College now known as Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University-Southern Ilocos Campus).Today, December 2,2012 Rev.Pastor Franklin Frigillana is the guest speaker of the United Church of Christ of the Philippines (UCCP)-Tubao,La Union. see more of the couple at http://www.bchs61tambayan.blogspot.com
